The Athlete 4D gym membership is only available to clients involved in one of the 4D programmes in the training section of this website. Only subscribe to this membership if you have been invited on one of the programmes.
Membership provides you with access to the gym to continue your training programme. The gym is open to all members at any time during our hours of operation. You will have been given all of these details when you signed up with Athlete 4D.
