The Athlete4D gym is a high end training facility for members and clients who take their goals seriously.
YOU DON’T NEED TO BE AN ATHLETE!
Athlete4D has a simple way to explain this. All humans are designed to move in the same way when we train, the only difference is the level of intensity and training variables.
This means when you train with us, you’ll squat, bend, push and pull. You’ll move the way you’re designed to and you’ll be supported all the way. Athlete4D doesn’t allow you to go it alone, our programme includes one to one training and bespoke programming to meet your goals.
Whether your goal is a 5k park run or the Iron Man Hawaii we’ll work with you to maximise your performance and achieve the right result.
The Athlete 4D programming model is what stands us apart. Our unique model has been designed by industry experts who have defined the optimal model for the best performance and fitness results.
All clients follow our detailed programming blocks, which develop total fitness.
PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME
The PT programme is only open to a limited number of members, it includes your membership to the gym and a package of 1 to 1 sessions with a coach. With this programme you’ll be expected to complete your weekly goals in the gym as well as attend your 1 to 1 sessions. PT is not a quick fix, we aim to educate all our clients so they can train themselves multiple times per week and maximise their time in the gym. The PT programme is perfect for all clients or athletes with specific training needs, or individuals just starting out.

HYRBID PERSONAL COACHING PROGRAMME
Welcome to our innovative Hybrid Personal Training program, where we seamlessly blend the best of both worlds for your fitness journey. But that’s just the beginning – with our online programs and user-friendly app, you can extend your training beyond the gym walls. Plus, we don’t stop at workouts – our comprehensive nutrition support ensures you’re fuelling your body optimally with customised diet plans and expert coaching. With the option to complete assessments either online or in person, you can kickstart your fitness journey immediately. 4D GROUP TRAINING
This is a complete training system designed for everyone to develop well rounded physical fitness. The programme is designed to improve all physical fitness attributes for people of all ages. Programme design is done by our coaches and the system is completely adaptable, so whether you’re an elite athlete or here for the first time, this is the programme to join. Using fundamental movement principles, and functional concepts you can expect to improve in the following areas.

6 WEEK TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME
This is not another weight loss programme! This is not a quick fix, so don’t apply if you’re after one.
This is your chance to change your health and lifestyle for good. Using our athletic training principles and high-level nutrition planning this 5 day a week programme will educate you to change the way you train, eat and live your life. To make life long changes you need to understand your body.
Across the 6 weeks you’ll get stronger, leaner, sleep better, reduce your stress levels and feel great. By the end of it you’ll have the tools to maintain your transformation for life.

The transform programme is run at certain times throughout the year and you need to register to be accepted. It’s only available to a small group per programme so you can maximise your development. You’ll need to be available for at least 5 sessions per week and combine this with various other daily tasks and nutrition planning.
